For 2026 we are asking our stall holders for a donation for our MAJOR RAFFLE to the value of $30 instead of payment for your stand.

We hosted more than 150 juniors plus their adult humans over the weekend in 2025. You will have a captive audience!

We ask that images of this is provided to us no later than 30th of September and delivered to us at set up on the Friday night prior to the event. 

Note: You WILL need to provide your own tables and chairs.
